Hi, I’m Claudine Thornhill.

My journey started before me with my grandmother who came to the UK from the Caribbean with a foundational knowledge of the connection between food and wellbeing.

At 19 I went through a journey to overcome an autoimmune condition, which at that formative stage in my life gave me a new appreciation of the value of health. Later in life, my experience of work-related stress as a Human Resources Manager in the corporate world shaped my understanding of how our emotional, spiritual and energetic wellbeing impacts our physical health outcomes and vice versa. Today I am an advocate for holistic health and wellbeing that encompasses both the physical and the emotional.

Since setting up my Nutritional Therapy practice I’ve gone on to win a Precious Award, be featured in Forbes and on BBC Radio and have worked with the Co-Op, the Body Shop, MsHair and Hapiful Magazine.

As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor I support women to eat well, feel well and live fully through a holistic approach that takes diet, movement, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing into consideration.

What underpins and drives my work is my fundamental belief that health and wellness is a key foundation for greatness, joyful, wholehearted living and realising our true potential.
