    The 3-month P.R.I.M.E Perimenopause Pathway is for women experiencing perimenopause who want to focus on the cores of diet, lifestyle and mindset to feel confident in their body, comfortable in their skin and energised throughout the day.

      a blend of coaching, mentoring and consultation sessions.

    • Check-ins in between sessions
